Dézaley
[day-zah-LEH]

One of the top wine-producing COMMUNES in Switzerland’s VAUD canton. It’s located in the LAVAUX growing zone, where steep vineyards slope down toward Lake Geneva. The primary grape is CHASSELAS, which is generally viewed as producing white wines of neutral character. Here, however, it performs extremely well and produces LIVELY, AROMATIC wines.
