A tiny APPELLATION located east of Aix-en-Provence in the western part of France’s PROVENCE region. The majority of the wines are red and ROSÉ, produced from CINSAUT, GRENACHE, MOURVÈDRE, and SYRAH. White wines use CLAIRETTE, Grenache Blanc, MUSCAT, Picpoul, and Ugni Blanc (TREBBIANO). The dominant producer is Château Simone
