Dizy
[dee-ZEE]

An important wine-producing village in the Montagne de Reims area of France’s Champagne region. It’s planted chiefly with PINOT NOIR grapes. Dizy is classified as a PREMIER CRU village; its vineyards have a rating of 95 percent (see CHAMPAGNE for explanation of percent system).
