Kallstadt [KAHL-shtaht] A top German wine-producing village located north of BAD DÜRKHEIM in the middle of the PFALZ region. The vineyards are planted with a high percentage of RIESLING, along with SYLVANER, and SCHEUREBE. The best EINZELLAGEN include Annaberg, Kronenberg, Saumagen, and Steinacker.
