Kanzem [KAHN-tsuhm] A small, picturesque village located on the Saar River in Germany's MOSEL-SAAR-RUWER region. In good vintages, Kanzem produces top-notch RIESLING wines with EARTHY and SPICY characteristics. The best EINZELLAGEN include Altenberg, Schlossberg, and Sonnenberg.
