Green Valley-Solano County AVA
The lesser of two AVA named Green Valley, this one is located in Solano County, California, east of the southern end of NAPA COUNTY. This area doesn't receive the cooling ocean breezes, so it's much hotter and has a shorter growing season than the Napa or Sonoma VITICULTURAL AREAS.
