Erden
[EHR-duhn]

A small village located in Germany’s MOSEL-SAARRUWER region, along the Mosel River downstream from the town of BERNKASTEL in the BEREICH Bernkastel. Erden is surrounded by gently sloping vineyards, but its best vineyards are across the river on the steep hills next to the village of Urzig. The top EINZELLAGEN are Herrenberg, Prälat (the best known), and Treppchen
