Floc de Gascogne
[flawk duh gas-KAWN]
A FORTIFIED, sweet APÉRITIF made in France’s Armagnac region by adding ARMAGNAC to unfermented grape juice to halt any FERMENTATION. Floc de Gascogne is classified as a VIN DE LIQUEUR and is very similar to the much better-known PINEAU DES CHARENTES.
