Asprinio
[ah-SPREE-noh]
A white-grape variety used in SPARKLING WINES and DRY, LIGHT, STILL WINES produced in Italy’s BASILICATA and CAMPANIA regions. The Aversa DOC wines are are made primarily from the Asprinio grape.
