Boca DOC
[BOH-kah]

A DOC in the Novara hills near the village of Boca, just north of GATTINARA in Italy's PIEDMONT region. It makes DRY red wines from NEBBIOLO, Vespolina, and BONARDA grapes. These wines must have 3 years of AGING, two of which must be in wooden barrels.
