Cabernet d'Anjou AC
[KA-behr-nay dahn-ZHOO]

An APPELLATION for ROSÉ wine located in the ANJOU region in the central part of France's LOIRE Valley. These almost DRY, raspberry-flavored wines are based on CABERNET FRANC grapes (with some CABERNET SAUVIGNON) and regarded with more respect than the sweet ROSÉ D'ANJOU AC wines that are also produced in this region.
