Texas Davis Mountains AVA

A VITICULTURAL AREA approved in 1998 in the Trans-Pecos region of west TEXAS, southwest of Fort Stockton. It contains approximately 270,000 acres spread out north and northwest of Fort Davis, the "highest town in Texas." Blue Mountain Vineyard is the only commercial winery.
