Tinta Amarela
[TEEN-tah er-mah-REH-lah]

Also called Trincadeira or Trincadeira Preta, this red Portuguese grape is grown in the DOURO DOC to be used in making PORT and in the DOCs of DÃO and ALENTEO for rich, full-bodied, DRY red wines.
