Saint-Romain AC

Tiny APPELLATION that surrounds the village of Saint-Romain, which is located in the CÔTE DE BEAUNE area of France's BURGUNDY region. It consists of only 350 acres and is wedged in a valley up behind the better-known villages of MEURSAULT and AUXEY-DURESSES. Saint-Roman AC produces both red wines from PINOT NOIR and white wines from CHARDONNAY.
