Sauvignon De Saint-Bris VDQS
[SOH-vihn-yohn day san BREES]

A small APPELLATION located in the north of BURGUNDY southwest of CHABLIS. It produces SAUVIGNON BLANC wines rather than CHARDONNAY, which is the usual VARIETY seen in this region. Plans are underway to upgrade this appellation to AC status.
