Ben Giliberti tastes a 2005 red Burgundy from the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin.  Some of the grandest wines of this commune are among the longest-lived red wines of Burgundy and require lots of aging to show their best.  But this village level Gevrey-Chambertin has lots of bright cherry fruit and is deliciously ready to drink now.
