Until the end of the 20th century, Maison Champy in Burgundy was always owned and operated by the Champy family. As one of the oldest wineries in the region, that was no small feat! Now, however, Pierre Meurgey has taken ownership of this prominent company, and sits down to talk candidly about his respect for the past and plans for the future.
